Please Note: Clients are responsible for uploading ready to print artwork. Dat Delo does not alter or modify any artwork. We are only providing printing services. Please ensure you upload high resolution images at least 300dpi or higher. Dat Delo is not responsible for any distorted, low resolution and/poor quality images. Your design will only be as vivid as the polyester % of your garment (100% polyester = full color, 65% polyester = faded, vintage look)
Sublimation Shirt Pressing Instructions:
- Set press to 390 degrees Fahrenheit
- Set timer to 70 seconds
- Set pressure at medium
- Pre press shirt for 10 seconds to remove moisture
- Place butcher paper on heat press and inside shirt
- Place sublimation paper on shirt, image face down
- Use heat tape to tape paper on shirt to prevent ghosting
- Place butcher paper on top of shirt
- Press for 70 seconds
- Remove paper and peel immediately
If you need design services, it will be an additional $15. You will be given 3 free revisions. Mockups will be emailed to you. Once you approve your mockup, it will be printed and shipped to you.
