Material:

This grad stole is made of satin silky material, and is created using permanent ink transfer. 3D, embroidery, and glitter options/borders are not available at this time. Adult dimensions are 70 inches long for total length with each side being 27.5 inches long.

This grad cap topper is made of high quality hardboard with a gloss finish, and is created using permanent ink transfer. 3D, embroidery, and glitter options/borders are not available at this time. Dimensions are 9.3"x9.3".

Turnaround Time:

Up To 10-14 Business Days. If you delay approving your draft/are slow with communicating, you will extend the Turnaround Time. By purchasing, you are agreeing to this turnaround time. If you need a rush order, please email me at datdelo@yahoo.com before you place your order.

Process:

Once you place your order, you are NOT allowed to change any pictures, as I will begin working on the design immediately. Within 3-5 business days, I will send you a draft/mockup of the design. You are allowed as many revisions as you want, but you cannot swap out any pictures. If you would like to add/change a picture or add/change a quote, you will be charged an additional $10. Once you approve the draft, no further revisions can be made. Dat Delo is not responsible for any errors/typos after you have approved the draft. So please be very thorough when looking everything over! If the draft is not reviewed within 5 business days, Dat Delo reserves the right to either cancel the order or begin production on the stole as the draft/mockup that was sent. 

Quality:

The quality of the picture determines the outcome of the items. If you have blurry pictures, I try to keep them smaller on the design. When blurry pictures are enlarged, it becomes increasingly difficult to see.

Back of stole designs are not offered at this time. Please note that minor imperfections may be present, especially in the neck area. Each stole will have certain areas where there are small gaps in the seam. This is normal and how the stoles are sewn together. Feel free to iron the stole on Silk/Low setting.

Colors:

Due to the ink dyeing process, the color red is the hardest color to duplicate. If your graduation gown is red, I recommend choosing a different background color for the stole, so it won't get lost in the color of the gown. Please note that colors on the mockup, draft, or computer can show differently than on the physical stole in person.

Refunds/Exchanges:

Due to this being a custom hand-made item, there are absolutely no refunds/exchanges available for any reason. Dat Delo is not responsible for any shipping delays/delivery issues. Once the item is shipped, it is out of my control.
